Can the fountain be used outdoors?
It is best not to use the fountain outdoors. A light breeze will blow the chocolate but in certain cases a wind guard may be used. Ask about this option.

Does the chocolate remain warm?
Yes. There is a heating unit in the base of the fountain that maintains a warm temperature allowing the chocolate to flow evenly.

Can more chocolate be added if needed?
Dippin Chocolate will provide the amount of chocolate needed based on your number of guests. More chocolate may be added during the event at an additional charge.

Is it necessary to have an attendant and what are their responsibilities?
Dippin Chocolate prides itself on awesome, personal service. Each attendant is trained to properly set up the fountain, have it run smoothly, control temperature, add chocolate, keep the table looking clean and fresh, and help guests and children with plates and dipping items-and rescuing the occasional strawberry that disappears into the chocolate. The attendant will clean and remove the fountain at the end of the event.

Can Dippin Chocolate provide the dippins?
Yes. Dippin Chocolate can offer a full service package that includes dippings, serving dishes, plates & napkins. Contact us for details & pricing.

What do I need to provide at the venue?
You need to provide a solid table to place the fountain on and access to electricity.

How can payment be made and is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date.  Final payment is due one week before the event.  Payment may be made with a check or with any major credit card by using Pay Pal.  You do not need to be a member of Pay Pal to use this.
